This is me exactly. Have been in burn out for years and I continue to keep going past every breaking point. And become more and more unhealthy and incapacitated. Where is the alternative, the opportunity, the answer, the support? It hasn't arrived. Thank you for this synchronicity-imbued post. Reminds me of Rumi's quote, "“When you start to walk on the way, the way appears”. I have had difficulty embodying this, but feel closer than ever in this moment.
